CLOSE TO THE BEACH

The sea is just a few minutes away on foot. Take a short walk and you’ll be standing at the shore, ready for a swim in the crystal-clear Adriatic. The beach is ideal for daily rituals – a sunrise walk, a sunset pause, or simply breathing in the horizon.

PARKING

For your convenience, a private on-site parking area is available with space for up to 5 cars. Safe, easy, and right where you need it.

A family holiday perfect in every detail

Villa Martica exceeded our expectations. We were with our two children and immediately fell in love with the space – huge kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a wonderful terrace with barbecue where we spent our evenings. The kids had plenty of space to play and we had a moment of peace and quiet. A huge plus for the cleanliness and great facilities.

Intimate luxury close to everything

We arranged to stay with friends and it was a hit. The villa is spacious but gives a sense of intimacy – each couple had their own bathroom and their own bedroom. The pool and spa area – fabulous! Location perfect: close to the sea but away from the crowds.

Villa Martica is a sensational place if you are travelling in a larger group. We were 12 people and everyone had their own space – the layout of the villa is very well thought out. The communal areas are spacious and the kitchen allowed us to cook together and spend evenings around the long table. Plus for the privacy in the bedrooms and comfortable bathrooms on each floor. A great base for the beach and local attractions!
